FAQs

How long does the design and installation process take?

We typically turnaround designs within 2–3 working days. Once approved, manufacture is 3–5 days, and installation usually takes 1 day (weather permitting). From first enquiry to fully installed sign, plan on 2–3 weeks.

What materials do you use for shop front signage?

We use high-grade aluminium composite panels, acrylic for lightboxes, and durable vinyl for graphics. All materials are weatherproof, UV-resistant, and suitable for long-term outdoor use.


Do I need planning permission for my new sign?

Most fascia and panel signs in commercial areas fall under permitted development, so you rarely need planning consent. If your signage exceeds standard sizes or is in a conservation area, we’ll advise you and can handle any applications.


Can you match my exact brand colours?

Absolutely. We print using a calibrated CMYK process and can match Pantone® or RAL colour codes to ensure your signage aligns perfectly with your brand guidelines.

How long will my signage last, and is there a warranty?

Our signs are designed for 5–7 years of outdoor use. We back all workmanship with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials or installation.

Do you offer maintenance or repair services?

Yes. If your existing signage shows wear, we can refresh graphics, replace lighting, or perform a full refurbishment. Contact us for a maintenance quote.
